I saw Whitney Houston's show a few year's back in HK and it's really a pity because her alleged drug use has really destroyed her voice. She could not even sing this properly, so it was such a thrill for me to hear Charice do this, because she really nailed each note of the song! Please stay as a good girl Charice and don't do drugs or anything that will destroy your voice. It's your gift and people appreciate it that you're sharing it with all of us! By the way, Charice also sang 'I Have Nothing', and her rendition was also quite flawless!

Randy Santiago - "Wildflower" (David Foster & Friends - Live in Manila) ...
How unnerving it must have been for Randy to be picked out randomly in the audience when David went around looking for people to sing. It didn't help that people around him were pointing at him so David was curious and picked him. I salute though his choice of song. "Wildflower" is not a very easy song to sing! It's great to know too that he still has the voice! Lucky devil he gets to kiss David too, in the end!
David Foster & Friends - "Earth Song" (incomplete) + Crowd Shot + End -...
This was the encore of David's show last night. I think it's a pretty good choice to end the show, because of the rousing ending of the song. The video here is incomplete but it shows the climactic part of the song anyway. Maybe if David comes back, he brings back Celine and maybe Vanessa Williams. I believe he also produced 'Save the Best for Last'.
Charice - "Pyramid" (David Foster & Friends - Live in Manila) 10/23/10
I guess this was the song that a lot of the younger members of the audience were waiting for, judging from their enthusiastic response. I think now, what Charice needs are real hits of her own, since talent wise, she really has the pipes to carry, even an opera! Vic says there is a new song of hers which is good also. I hope that propels her even to higher heights. Pyramid is a cool song which I'm sure introduced her to the younger audience in the US, which was helped much more when she appeared in Glee.
